As Campaign Director of The Great Unwaste, Mandy united governments, industry, and communities to tackle household food waste. Her leadership transformed vision into action, leaving a lasting legacy and a platform for the next champions to build upon.
Today, Mandy continues to collaborate across global and local networks, connecting international perspectives with local stories. Sustainability and food waste reduction remain at the heart of her mission to use food as a catalyst for lasting change.
